Slugterra: Slug it Out 2 is a match-three game where the player and character Eli Shane take on different enemies with slug teammates. You can fire powerful projectiles with different properties depending on the energy of the slug you choose. At the same time, over time, you will be able to perform many special attacks, and the power of the slug will eventually increase as you progress through the many levels.
UPDATED WITH NEW CHARACTERS AND MODES
In the new Slugterra update, players will find newly updated characters and exciting new game modes. You will find skins for some teammates and join them on the game screen against other players on the side of the character. The newly updated mode is multiplayer with the same gameplay as the previous mode you experienced. But the difference is that your opponent is other players.
JOIN THE FIGHT WITH SNAILS
Players will play as Eli Shane, whose friends are slugs in Slugterra, and they are no ordinary slugs as they will become energetic and shoot powerful projectiles. Therefore, players will join their little friends against other players and use different types of ammunition to win the game. In addition, the main gameplay that players experience will be simple and close to the multiplayer options.
You will need a certain amount of energy and build up over time for your slugs to release their power soon. Therefore, you will have to match as many matching elements as possible in the deep game. At the same time, there will be elements with character portraits on the field, so you can quickly identify which elements will bring energy to your snail. The more elements you match, the more energy you will see.
The energy meter on the left side of the screen will let you know how much you have accumulated. There will be an energy bar and an energy line that will inform you of your current energy level and the intensity of the bullets you can fire. If you collect more mana and the hit mana line is greater than 1, you will see more bullets of the same type, but larger. The glowing line will be the requirement to fire a standard bullet.
BOOST YOUR SNAILS
An interesting thing you will find in Slugterra is that it can destroy enemy bullets depending on the level of the bullet. Bullets using an energy line usually last one or at most 2 enemy bullets. So this can be seen as a defense mechanism that players can use to block enemy attacks. From line 2 onwards, the damage of a projectile fired will be proportional to its size and can consume a variety of smaller rounds.
This mechanic is a nice one that every player will have to pay attention to, and it brings tactics into the levels so you can choose which method of attack is appropriate. The number of snails you can own will increase over time, and the snails will also be divided by their number of stars. At the same time, every time you open a chest, you will find materials that will help you increase the level of the snail. It can be considered as the basis for upgrading the power of the snail to help you win against the enemy.
