It can complement YouTube
Revanced can be downloaded as an alternative YouTube for Android, such as YouTube Vanced. This feature allows users to revert to an old version if a new, incomplete Revanced application needs debugging. Some assume that the advanced APK is YouTube compatibility because it is not available yet. I haven't found any evidence that Revanced requires YouTube to be uninstalled.
Compatible with both rooted and non-rooted devices
You can install YouTube Revamped on any device, rooted or not, just by following a few simple instructions. However, as Android users realized that the official app is still not available, a significant number of them abandoned the plan to create their own custom version of the revamped APK.
You can't say you blame them because the process of extracting these files and developing your own software doesn't sound like much fun, especially if you're used to downloading and installing APKs right away. In addition, many users come to the conclusion that such procedures are intended specifically for rooted devices, which is not the case with YouTube Revanced.
Ad blocking is enabled
By allowing users to block both general and video ads on the site, Revanced allows consumers to view their content without being interrupted by ads. Therefore, users will have a more positive overall experience with the app as streaming will be more convenient and work without interruption. I am very aware of the key function these ads provide, especially for the content creators I now follow.
On the other hand, I can't help but feel irritated every time I'm required to watch a video ad that I can't avoid to keep my video playing. Also, what if I needed urgent information from a video, but YouTube decided to surprise me with three ads that were tailored to something that had nothing to do with what I was looking for? Think how awkward it would be if that happened.
For playing in the background
You won't have to split your screen to use YouTube while navigating other apps at the same time because you can do both at the same time. Users who want to focus on other activities, such as browsing the web or interacting with other people, while watching their movie on a minimized floating screen in the background can benefit from this feature. The user also has the option to ditch the floating screen altogether and simply listen to the audio version of the movie while using other apps on their Android device. Additionally, the user can move the floating screen anywhere on their Android screen.
When I have work to do on my phone but don't want to lose any relevant information from these sessions, this feature is very helpful for podcast lovers like me. I can keep listening to a podcast while I work. When you have other things to do, like housework, and you can just listen to audio tracks, it serves another purpose: it saves data.
